OK, just wanna ask you guys a simple and quick question: Have you ever heard about KISS? And I mean the real deal KISS, the oldschool rock band from New York, not the lovey-dovey-shit band from Korea, or the verb ‘kiss’, capische?
Yes? No? Or you don’t give a flying fox’s ass about them?

First time aku dengar band ni menjerit di corong speaker adalah pada tahun 2003. And aku terus lekat dengan band post-hardcore/screamo/alternative rock ni. The Used start dapat perhatian dari orang ramai (mungkin tak ramai lagi yang tau kewujudan band ini, entah la) lepas derang perform lagu Under Pressure (lagu original oleh David Bowie dan Freddy Mercury) dengan My Chemical Romance(MCR). Ramai jugak mula kenal dengan The Used lepas album kedua derang direleasekan. Ada jugak orang yang aku kenal cakap, The Used tiru MCR. Padahal ada satu kaitan ja antara dua band ni, iaitu under satu record label (Reprise Records). Even genre derang pon actually lain.
